The day set records for heat index on a Saturday in September, but those who attended the WSF in downtown Irondale were not disappointed.  The food was delicious, the music was toe-tapping, and the vendors provided information, crafts, and merchandise for just about every interest!  Check out our photos here

September is National Library Card Month!  A great excuse to visit your Irondale Public Library.

Maybe you've been avoiding the library lately because of a few outstanding late fines.  Well, take advantage of the Food for Fines program this month!  For each canned good or boxed food item (must not be out of date) you bring in to the library during the month of September, $1 in late fines will be waived (late fines only)!

For all the other exciting events the Library has planned, check out their September calendar, too.
